Fort-to-Fort - Saturday April 12 & Sunday April 13, 2014
Hike the entire length of the Niagara Parkway, from Fort George to Fort Erie, over two days.
Enjoy approximately 25KM each day of beautiful river scenery. Small hills involved but mostly paved
paths with some road walking. There is plenty to see and several check points with a variety of snacks.
Registration is $25 ($15 for one day)

Niagara End-to-End - Victoria Day Weekend
As part of our 50th Anniversary celebration this event will be dedicated to Bert Lowe, one of the founding members of the Bruce Trail.
Saturday May 17, Sunday May 18 and Monday May 19th, 2014
Cover this historic 80KM section of the Bruce Trail over three days enjoying panoramic views of vineyards, orchards and Lake Ontario. Rocky sections, heavily wooded areas and remnants of historic settlements - the Niagara section has it all.
Registration is $35 for the entire weekend ($15 for 1 day $25 for 2).
The hikes take place rain or shine and there will be lots of snacks and refreshments along the way. There will also be prizes awarded at the end of each hike. So don't delay - register today!

23rd Annual Laura Secord Hike - June 2014
Enjoy a part of our Canadian heritage by hiking along the Bruce Trail from Laura Secord's Homestead in Queenston to DeCew House in Thorold.
We are sure this 30KM hike was a challenge for Laura in a long dress and no Nikes but we have never heard any complaints. Follow her lead and rise to the challenge.
1) ONE DAY HIKE - Saturday June 14th
Check in by 5:45am at DeCew House. The bus will take you to Queenston to start your trek. The hike takes between 5 and 7 hours to complete depending on your pace. There will be four check points along the way and a light lunch will be served at DeCew.

2) TWO DAY HIKE - Saturday June 14 and Sunday June 15
Check in by 6:45am at Woodend Conservation Area on Saturday June 14th. The bus will take you to Queenston to start your trek. There will be a check point along the route.
On Sunday you will check in by 7:45am at De Cew House and the bus will take you to Woodend where you will continue your hike to DeCew House. There will be one check point and a light lunch will be served at DeCew House.

Merritthon - November 8, 2014
Hike lake-to-lake along the Welland Canal to the Merritt Trail. This journey takes you from Port Colborne to Port Dalhousie.
The challenge for this hike is the 45 KM distance. Yes, that can be done in one day. It is relatively flat terrain with views
of ships and then into the woods before you finish at Lake Ontario.
